We thought it was about time that we update our look.

Our new screens are cleaner and brighter, but they function just like the ones you are used to.

The update also lets us offer you more features that will hopefully make your daycare job easier. We are implementing our Business Recordkeeping section to help you record your business expenses, keep track of your budget, and make year-end reporting so much easier.

Future improvements will include setting up your Parent accounts, creating Invoices, recording payments and tracking your receivables as well as recurring payables.

Setting your Business Records password

You can set up a separate password for your Business Records that will not be visible to your CACFP Sponsor or anyone else.

Go to the Help menu and select Settings:
Settings menu

Enter your Business Records password and click Save:

Before you can access any Business Records screen, you will need to enter your password once:
